Our History


The beginning was in 1998…

The methods of hospitality in Syria were not keeping pace with the times, except in some of five-star hotels, and that was peculiar... If others were able to do it, so we can…

We started with Gemini Grill, which was the first to introduce the concept of the "Salad Bar" and "Steak House" in Syria, which were presented in the most professional way. Then, we opened Steed; the modern coffee house that everyone wants to visit because of its uniqueness and specialty it became the constant standard for all cafes in the same area.

Our goal is to keep up with everything new happening in the world and present it in Syria because we have an absolute belief that Syrian human energy is promising and has potential...in 2007, we were skilled and able to produce the required quality, therefore we were ready to work and develop something from our heritage… 

So, we opened Naranj, its beginning was a trip to all the Syrian provinces and cities to collect variety of items that were commercially on the menu for the first time, and it was also a journey with our history and ancestry, thus we have presented an authentic, favorable Syrian product that is capable of being spread worldwide.

Later, comes Nara in 2015, we introduced the Syrian Café, which serves good quality Syrian food that can be prepared quickly, and we achieved success with it. 

In 2018 with Jazeel, we had the merit, excellence and the ability to develop the Syrian Cuisine... 

Therefore, today we are pleased with our achievements; we can provide the Syrian hospitality to the world and vice versa. Our dream and faith will be continued till we become international one day.
